Go to the department get d form fill it then take it to clearance officer in d department for him to sign then take it to library,Take it to d project library fo them to sign then take it to faculty for them to give you a form but try and go with all Your credentials after there make sure that all the necessary payment shud be done so dat it will help you your convocation gown transcript  clearance recipt from there you wil know  what to do.
School fees print out from 100 level to 400 level no mistake should be made in the  year and level should be correct.
Your bursary receipt, make sure you make enough photocopy.
